Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Educator role located in Alexandria. The Educator will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. They will assess and monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Other responsibilities include participating in school activities, collaborating with colleagues to enhance teaching strategies, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.
Qualifications Strong teaching and classroom management skills Ability to create lesson plans, assess student performance, and provide meaningful feedback Effective communication and collaborative skills for working with colleagues, students, and parents Proficiency in incorporating technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences Capability to adapt teaching approaches to meet diverse student needs Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certification is highly desirable Prior teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory Passion for education and fostering a positive learning environment
