Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Leader based in Alexandria. We're looking for a Sales Team Leader who can manage and grow both our student enrollment pipeline and our B2B corporate partnerships. You'll be leading a sales team, setting targets, and making sure we hit them.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team day-to-day Own the student enrollment funnel across both branches Develop and close B2B partnerships with companies, schools, and universities Set monthly sales targets and track team performance Coordinate with operation manager to align on capacity and intake schedules Report directly to management with clear performance updates
What We're Looking For3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 yeas as team lead or senior role Background in education, language institutes, or B2B sales is a strong advantage Fluent in English (German is a plus) Strong organizational and people management skills Comfortable traveling between Alexandria and Cairo
