Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties. Key daily tasks include building strong client relationships, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions, negotiating deals, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The agent will also promote properties effectively and maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends.
Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property practices Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and independently Familiarity with local real estate market trends, particularly in New Cairo Proficiency in property marketing strategies is a plus
