Connect Homes is looking for an ambitious and driven Property Consultant (brokerage experience only) to lead and grow a team of high-performing real estate consultants. If you have strong leadership skills, a solid background in real estate, and a passion for achieving sales targets — we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily operations, including client meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training when needed. Set weekly/monthly goals and track KPIs. Ensure excellent customer service and strong client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Requirements:6 months of experience at least in real estate sales is a Must Strong knowledge of the real estate market (especially in [insert area, if relevant]). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to inspire and lead a target-driven team. Presentable, goal-oriented, and proactive. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
