Google Ads is your primary focus, but you'll own the full measurement picture paid social, organic search, SEO, social media, email, and attribution.
Responsibilities Full Google Ads analytical ownership Search, PMax, Display, You Tube mapped to the Saa S funnel Multi-channel paid social analysis Meta, Linked In, Tik Tok with a unified efficiency framework LTV/CAC and payback period modelling segmented by channel, cohort, and customer tier Rigorous A/B testing with correct statistical power frequentist and Bayesian Multi-touch attribution connect every touchpoint to closed-won CRM revenue Own GA4, GTM, Big Query pipelines and a live cross-channel performance dashboard
Qualifications Bachelor's in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent quantitative field3+ years in growth analytics, performance marketing analytics, or data-science-adjacent marketing Proven Google Ads analysis experience paid social is a strong plus Solid command of SQL, Python or R, GA4, and GTMDeep understanding of Saa S metrics LTV, CAC, MRR, ARR, churn, trial-to-paid conversion Statistical rigour you know when a test is underpowered and why it matters
