• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with R&D, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement Best Practices: Support the adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles and other industry best practices.

Skills & Technologies: You will be leveraging your expertise in Mechanical Engineering and Production, alongside developing skills in Process Optimization, Quality Control, and Troubleshooting.
