  • Organizing, receiving, and coding raw materials and finished products, and arranging them systematically to ensure easy access.
  • Entering and updating all incoming and outgoing stock movements with high accuracy on advanced Excel sheets.
  • Conducting physical inventory counts of the warehouses on a regular basis (weekly / monthly) and reconciling them with book balances and software records.
  • Inspecting received raw materials to ensure they match purchase orders and quality specifications before storage.
  • Cooperating with the production and purchasing departments to meet the factory's material 
  • Implementing occupational health and safety standards inside the warehouses to maintain the safety of personnel and stored goods
