Roles & Responsibilities
Scope of work covers the following:
- Support in Managing our online products platforms (web and mobile) and assist in the design: functional scope, prototyping of pages, expression of needs.
- Enhancing the already existing products in Egypt and GCC area.
- Manage the Digital Content available on all different platforms.
- Ingest the new Acquired content on the products.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing: for new products before launch, and already existing products.
- Reporting and analysis: monitoring and analyzing product related performance, measurement of customer satisfaction, customer loyalty.
- Conduct Market research and competitive analysis.
- Constant optimization of customer journeys, UX and flow while respecting the constraints of profitability, ergonomics and accessibility, and benchmark of competitors.

Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 3 years experience in the same field.
- Bachelor s degree of a Business School or equivalent.
- Passionate about internet, mobile, new technologies and social networks.
- Experience in conducting UAT process and quality assurance.
- Experience in market research and conducting competitive analysis.
- Experience in using HTML and CSS is a plus.
- Familiarity with design programs, such as Adobe PhotoShop is a plus
- Fluent Speaker of English & Arabic, (French is a plus).
- Mastering Microsoft Office suite and internet tools
- Perfect communication skills.
- Interested in taking challenges.
- Having a Commercial and business background is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all outputs.
