Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

– Own the boutique's daily, weekly, and seasonal sales targets

— drive the number and hold the team accountable– Analyse sales data by SKU, category, and associate to identify opportunities and correct underperformance

– Manage markdown and promotion activity in alignment with Head Office guidance

– Build and maintain a high-value client book; lead by example in clienteling and repeat-visit conversion

– Recruit, onboard, and develop Sales Associates to the Paula standard

– Run daily briefings — targets, priorities, new arrivals, and brand messaging

– Maintain full accountability for stock accuracy — daily counts, weekly reconciliation, discrepancy

– Oversee receiving, tagging, and floor placement of all new deliveries

– Manage Shopify POS operations: transactions, reports, end-of-day reconciliation

– Ensure every client interaction — from entry to exit — reflects Paula's luxury positioning

– Maintain an immaculate store environment: presentation, scent, music, temperature, and lighting

– Handle VIP clients, escalated complaints, and special requests personally and with care

– Execute WhatsApp and follow-up outreach programmes with the team

– Provide Head Office with regular feedback on client preferences, product performance, and market

trends


Requirements

– Minimum 4 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a store management or senior

supervisory role

– Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets in a fashion or luxury retail environment

– Fluent Arabic and English — able to lead a team and serve an international resort clientele

– Strong commercial instinct: reads the floor, reads the data, and acts

– Experience managing a team of 3 or more, including performance management

– Comfortable with Shopify POS and basic retail reporting

– Immaculate personal presentation and genuine love for fashion
