Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Tendering Team Leader Engineer located in Heliopolis. The role entails leading the tendering process for urban planning and civil engineering projects, preparing technical and financial proposals, analyzing project requirements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and deadlines. The role demands leadership in managing team members and allocating resources effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in preparing and reviewing technical and financial tendering documents for civil and urban planning projects Strong knowledge of engineering standards, contract terms, and regulatory compliance Skills in project management, team coordination, and resource allocation Proficiency in engineering and design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Civil 3D) and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to analyze project specifications, perform cost estimations, and develop strategic proposals Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus Professional certifications in project management or tendering are advantageous
