Senior Media Buyer (E-commerce)

With a lean, international team, we’ve moved past the "early days" and are now focused on scaling our operations with precision. This means no unnecessary hierarchy, but high levels of accountability, direct communication, and a real impact on the business from day one. We are looking for a Mid-Senior Media Buyer with a "full-stack" approach to performance marketing. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our E-com campaigns—from technical setup to scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Channel Execution: Hands-on management of Meta, Google Ads, and Tik Tok to drive profitable growth. Funnel Management: Building and optimizing landing pages via Shopify and Word Press. Infrastructure: Managing high-volume setups across multiple accounts and navigating platform restrictions. Strategic Scaling: Transitioning campaigns from testing to high daily spend while maintaining target ROAS/CPA. Creative Direction: Drafting high-conversion briefs for video and static assets based on data-driven hooks.
Requirements
E-com Expertise: Proven track record in scaling physical products. (drop-shipping/e-commerce) Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of tracking, attribution, and multi-accounting tools. Data-Driven: Ability to analyze complex data sets and pivot strategies in real-time. Ownership: A proactive mindset focused on ROI and "cracking" new winning formulas.
