Job Summary We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales professional to lead revenue growth in the EdTech sector. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving adoption of digital learning solutions across schools, universities, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Identify and target new business opportunities in education institutions and corporate learning sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR leaders, L&D heads, school directors, university stakeholders) Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets Conduct product demos and presentations for digital learning platforms Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on campaigns and offerings Manage a pipeline using CRM tools and provide accurate sales forecasts Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals Stay updated on EdTech trends, competitors, and market needs Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field5–8+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EdTech, Saa S, or digital solutions Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Strong network within education sector or corporate training market is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience selling LMS, online courses, or digital training solutions Understanding of instructional design, L&D, or digital learning ecosystems Previous experience in regional or international markets
