Why This Role?
This is not a background technical role. As our Senior Pre-sales Architect (CRM), you will be front and centre – leading discovery sessions, designing architectures, delivering demos, and writing proposals that directly win business. You will work alongside our Sales, Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to position TRUST as the partner of choice for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM transformations across the GCC. You will have the autonomy to shape how we approach complex opportunities, the platform to influence our CRM pre-sales methodology, and the satisfaction of seeing solutions you designed come to life in delivery. This is a fully remote position open to candidates globally.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pre-sales Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform. You will lead the technical and solution side of our CRM sales process – from early client discovery through to proposal, architecture sign-off, and handover to delivery. The ideal candidate brings a rare combination of strong technical architecture skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine instinct for what makes clients say yes.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-sales Leadership Own the technical and solution elements of CRM pre-sales engagements, from discovery workshops and requirement analysis through to client presentations and proposal sign-off. Act as the primary technical authority during the sales cycle, building credibility with client stakeholders at all levels including C-suite. Collaborate with Sales to qualify opportunities, define win strategies, and position TRUST’s CRM capabilities compellingly. Engage proactively with prospective clients early to shape requirements and influence solution direction in TRUST’s favour.
Solution Architecture & Design Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions covering modules, Dataverse, security model, integrations, reporting, and automation. Advise on integration approaches with external systems using APIs, middleware, Azure services, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Identify technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies early, protecting both the client and TRUST from scope surprises. Ensure all proposed architectures reflect best practices and are practically deliverable by TRUST’s delivery teams.
Demonstrations & Proposals Prepare and deliver tailored solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and architecture walkthroughs aligned to specific client needs and industry contexts. Produce high-quality proposals, RFP responses, effort estimations, and statements of work that are technically accurate and commercially sound. Build and maintain a library of reusable demo environments, proposal templates, and solution accelerators to improve pre-sales efficiency.
Delivery Alignment & Knowledge Ensure seamless handover of won opportunities to delivery teams with thorough documentation and participation in project kick-off sessions. Stay current with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE roadmap and Power Platform capabilities to keep TRUST’s positioning ahead of the market. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and support the development of junior team members through coaching and collaboration.
What You Bring8+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. Proven experience in a pre-sales, solution architect, or senior consulting role supporting complex sales cycles. Strong knowledge of D365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, Project Operations, and Field Service. Solid expertise across the Power Platform and Copilot. Deep understanding of CRM architecture, integrations, APIs, data migration, and solution lifecycle management. Experience leading discovery workshops, delivering executive presentations, and producing winning RFP responses. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – you make the complex feel simple. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams and time zones. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Nice to Have Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications. Familiarity with Azure services: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and integration patterns. GCC market experience and understanding of regional client expectations. Arabic language proficiency – a strong plus, though not mandatory. Experience working with Microsoft account teams and the partner ecosystem.
