Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant position is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Obour. The role involves delivering consulting services that address client needs. Responsibilities include prospecting, engaging with potential clients, offering property advice, conducting market analysis, and driving successful sales. Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers is pivotal, alongside contributing to the growth of the real estate division within the company.

Qualifications

Strong Consulting and Real Estate expertise to understand market trends, provide valuable advice, and achieve sales targets. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships. Demonstrated Sales abilities to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close transactions successfully. Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in the real estate or consulting industry is a strong advantage.
