GET Group Holdings Ltd. is hiring:
ELV Technical Support Engineer
Location: Nozha- Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for light current systems including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, public address, and networking systems
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues both remotely and on-site
Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems
Assist in system testing, commissioning, and project handover
Respond to client inquiries and deliver timely, effective solutions
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and service reports
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when necessary
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in light current systems
Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, and basic networking
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:
-Certifications in relevant systems (e.g., Bosch, Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco, etc.)
-Experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) such as Milestone
-Experience with IP-based systems and structured cabling
-Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
