Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Cairo with flexibility for partial remote work. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building strategic relationships, and developing long-term partnerships. Responsibilities include researching market trends, creating and executing business strategies, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organizational goals.
Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning Strong skills in Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Networking Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Opportunity Assessment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities Proven experience in the retail or garment industry is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency in CRM software and tools is preferred Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets
