Egyptian Engineering Agencies (EEA), a Cairo-based industrial engineering company representing leading international brands in boilers, valves, pumps, compressors, and metalworking machinery, is hiring a Senior Electrical & Controls Engineer to support our growing utilities and industrial equipment portfolio. The role is hands-on, site-based, and central to the commissioning and aftermarket performance of our installed base across Egypt.

Key Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and where needed design control panels and wiring diagrams for boilers, burners, booster sets, compressors, and metalworking machines. Verify installations on site, validate wiring against schematics, and identify deviations before commissioning. Troubleshoot electrical and control issues on industrial equipment in the field, including PLC, sensors, actuators, safety interlocks, and combustion controls. Support commissioning teams during start-up, testing, and handover. Coordinate with international principals on technical queries, fault diagnosis, and warranty cases. Train junior engineers and technicians on control systems and troubleshooting methodology. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control section (not Power). Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial controls, panel design, or commissioning of process or utility equipment. Strong reading and design ability on control panels and wiring diagrams. Hands-on troubleshooting experience on industrial equipment such as boilers, burners, pumps, compressors, or metalworking machines. Good command of English, written and spoken, sufficient to communicate with international suppliers. Mechatronics background is a plus. Valid Egyptian driver’s license. Ability to work in a team and travel to client sites across Egypt. Benefits
