Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineering Manager / Business Development Manager. The selected candidate will start with a two-week factory training period at Ramsis Metal Forming factory in El Senbellawein, Dakahlia, to understand the company’s manufacturing capabilities, production processes, products, and technical strengths. After the training period, the role will be based at a dedicated sales office in Cairo. The Sales Engineering Manager will be responsible for building and organizing the company’s B2B industrial sales function, identifying and approaching targeted industrial customers, building long-term business relationships, following up on RFQs, coordinating technical and commercial quotations, and working closely with the engineering and production teams to convert customer requirements into business opportunities. The role also includes managing customer meetings, visits, presentations, sales follow-ups, and preparing regular reports covering customers, opportunities, quotations, conversion rates, and sales pipeline. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, technical sales, or business development. Engineering background or previous experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, industrial products, electrical panels, MEP, OEM, or related sectors is preferred. Strong ability to understand technical requirements, product specifications, drawings, and industrial customer needs. Experience dealing with factories, contractors, distributors, OEM customers, or industrial purchasing teams. Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to build a sales pipeline, follow up on RFQs, and manage opportunities from first contact to order confirmation and collection. Good command of Excel and sales reporting tools. Organized, proactive, and capable of building a sales system from the ground up. Willingness to attend a two-week factory training period in Dakahlia before starting from the Cairo sales office.
