Role Description The English Social Studies Teacher will be responsible for educating middle school students on social studies topics, including world history, in alignment with the curriculum. The role includes preparing engaging lesson plans, fostering critical thinking, and creating a supportive classroom environment tailored to student needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, requiring active participation in school events and collaboration with faculty to ensure a holistic educational experience.
Qualifications Proficiency in teaching Social Studies and World History concepts. Experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for middle school education. Strong understanding of the developmental and educational needs of middle school students. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Education, History, Social Studies, or a related field (Teaching certification is preferred). Commitment to fostering academic excellence while upholding Islamic values. Previous experience in a similar role in the education sector is an asset.
