Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, guiding and mentoring the sales team, and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the real estate market. The role will involve achieving sales targets, driving business development initiatives, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales management, business development, and meeting revenue objectives Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client management skills Analytical skills and the ability to interpret market data and trends Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools Leadership skills including team management, coaching, and motivation Thorough knowledge of the real estate industry and relevant market dynamics Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable
