Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to join our team and support the hiring process, with a primary focus on sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding Post job vacancies on various platforms and job boards Source and attract candidates through different channels (databases, social media, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple vacancies, especially in sales hiring Organized and detail-oriented Familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
