Role Description This is a full time on the site role for a Barista based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring excellent customer service, and assisting with food preparation. The Barista will also manage customer interactions, handle transactions, and contribute to creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all customers.
Qualifications Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and understanding of brewing techniques Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment Effective Communication skills for engaging with team members and customers Experience with Food Preparation or willingness to learn Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
