We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage system data entry and maintain accurate records of maintenance cases, customer complaints, and service activities • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Warehouse) and follow up on maintenance activities • Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure timely case closure • Prepare and submit periodic reports to management • Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items • Handle administrative tasks including quotations, customer communications, and documentation • Maintain organized filing systems for all service-related records
