Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Host/Hostess at our Cairo, Egypt location. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, guiding patrons to their tables, and providing excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include answering inquiries via phone, maintaining communication with the team, and ensuring the overall flow of the dining experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities Experience in managing Reservations and scheduling Outstanding Customer Service and Phone Etiquette skills Friendly demeanor with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
