Creative Operations Specialist Remote | Contract via Offshoring Partner About the Role We are looking for a skilled Creative Operations Specialist to serve as the bridge between our AI creative platform and the polished, brand-compliant assets our clients expect. This is a fully remote, contractor position working with our offshore partner, embedded within a fast-moving AI-native performance marketing platform.
You will work directly within our production workflows — executing AI-assisted creative generation, applying expert-level Photoshop editing, managing assets in Figma and Google Drive, and ensuring every deliverable meets rigorous brand and quality standards. The role requires strong independent judgment, clear async communication, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously without on-site support.
What You'll DoCreative Production & AI Workflow• Use our AI platform to generate creative content for client campaigns across industries including automotive, hospitality, retail, and lifestyle brands• Execute the end-to-end creative workflow: brief intake, scoping, AI generation, asset selection, editing, resizing, template application, quality review, and final delivery• Adapt and reformat content across multiple platforms and ad formats (Meta, display, etc.) to meet diverse campaign specifications• Support both planned project pipelines and time-sensitive client requests
Image Editing & Technical Execution Apply professional-level Photoshop skills across a broad range of editing tasks, including:• Color correction and image enhancement• Generative fill and inpainting techniques• Object removal — foreground and background• Face, background, and signage blurring• Motion blur effects (e.g., vehicle wheels)• Cutouts, masking, and compositing• Element transplanting (e.g., laces, car grilles, brand details)• Logo and text replacement, clean-up, and touch-up• Background replacement and environmental compositing
Asset Management & Quality Control• Create and manage templates in Figma following established naming conventions and file organization standards• Maintain organized asset libraries in Google Drive with consistent folder structure and naming• Perform detailed human evaluation of AI-generated images to catch nuances and quality issues the model may miss• Ensure all outputs adhere to client brand guidelines before delivery• Document best practices, flag recurring issues, and help improve creative workflows over time
What You'll Need Required Skills• 2–3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative production, or a related field — agency or in-house advertising experience strongly preferred• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop — advanced editing, retouching, compositing, and photo manipulation• Figma proficiency for template creation, file management, and asset organization• Strong creative eye with deep understanding of brand consistency and visual quality• Hands-on experience with generative AI creative tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar)• Excellent organizational skills — meticulous file management, naming discipline, and process adherence• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, async environment• Clear written communication in English for async collaboration with a US-based team
Nice to Have• Familiarity with paid social ad specs and Meta advertising formats• Understanding of performance marketing objectives and how creative drives campaign results
Working Style & Environment This is a fully remote, offshore contractor role. You will not be co-located with our team, so strong async work habits are essential. You should be comfortable receiving briefs and feedback via shared documents, project management tools, and asynchronous communication channels.
