Job Responsibilities:- Lead the development and preparation of complex formwork and scaffolding designs in line with project requirements and safety standards.- Review and validate shop drawings, structural calculations, and technical submissions.- Optimize design solutions to achieve maximum safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, project managers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.- Provide practical technical support and engineering solutions for site-related challenges.- Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes, standards, and company procedures.- Support and mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the team.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a focus on Structural, Steel, or Concrete Engineering.- 4–7 years of experience in formwork, scaffolding, or structural design engineering.- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and temporary works design.- Advanced proficiency in Auto CAD 2D/3D and SAP software.- Experience with Revit is considered an advantage.- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
