Job description

Job Title: HR Manager for a Saudi Company in Cairo working in E-commerce and Manufacturing*

We are in need of an HR Manager with strong expertise in recruitment and building HR systems. We seek "leaders" not just "managers" because we believe that total quality starts from within.

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company's business objectives through workforce planning, organizational structure development, and forecasting recruitment needs.
  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle (End-to-End) including needs assessment, advertisement design, candidate screening, conducting interviews, skills testing, and finalizing hiring and onboarding.
  • Build and operate HR systems and processes from policies and procedures, and organize employee files from contracts and documents / insurance / attendance and leave / salaries and other relevant files ensuring internal compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations.
  • Establish a performance evaluation system and metrics (HR Metrics & KPIs) that are fair and motivating for growth capable of translating data into actionable recommendations (e.g., turnover rate, hiring status, performance…).


Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources and recruitment at a managerial/leadership level, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with various HR systems and analytical tools.
  • Proficient in English with the ability to write reports and correspondence.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
