We are looking for an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the HR function within a mid-sized software company. The role requires a hands-on professional who can manage end-to-end recruitment, organize employee records, support employee relations, and improve day-to-day HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and on boarding.
- Work closely with management to understand hiring needs and propose practical recruitment solutions.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Use Odoo to manage employee data, attendance, leaves, deductions, and payroll-related records.
- Support employee relations matters and follow up on internal issues when needed.
- Coordinate employee performance evaluation and help managers document goals, feedback, and development points.
- Suggest practical improvements to HR processes, on boarding, and internal communication.
