To fulfil Etisalat’s strategic vision by leading innovation and system development across the Intelligent Network (IN) by achieving the following\: Lead end-to-end custom solution development, delivering tailored systems that meet complex business needs beyond standard IT capabilities. Build automation and intelligent tools to support Revenue Management teams, enhancing efficiency, visibility, and operational monitoring. Oversee the implementation and optimization of Telepin solutions for top-up and bill payments, ensuring seamless integration and user experience. To deliver innovative, future-proof applications and systems that elevate Etisalat’s product portfolio, align with digital transformation initiatives, and maximize business value. In addition, the role defines strategic direction for IN development within the broader Revenue Management roadmap.

Commercial Solution Assessment\: Assessment of business requirements and solution enablement including\: Evaluate feasibility of commercial & technical requests within IN Server, Intelligent Interface, and Telepin domains. Analyze required integration parameters with external platforms. Optimize request structures based on platform capabilities & system performance. Conduct capacity alignment exercises with planning and infrastructure teams. Propose innovative system solutions for complex use cases and new business models. Lead proof-of-concept development for new initiatives Technical Development\: Development and Implementation of Commercial and Revenue Management Solutions including\: Architect & implement full-cycle development from design and integration to deployment. Enable transformation across the Revenue Management department by building tailored tools that automate complex workflows and extend visibility. Utilize IN Server capabilities to create unique solutions beyond standard system limitations. Ensure solution integrity, scalability, and alignment with existing product frameworks and service logic. Solution Deployment\: Production rollout and activation of delivered projects and tools including\: Deploy system enhancements & configuration updates to live environments. Conduct “4 eyes” validation exercises on production packages to ensure deployment quality. Support UAT, PPT, and PIV phases throughout project lifecycle. Provide technical knowledge transfer sessions to support and operations teams. Lead32gftr change request lifecycle, ensuring proper alignment and approvals. Platform Support\: Support of live platforms and services during their operational lifecycle including\: Provide third-line support for incidents escalated by operations, revenue assurance, and commercial teams. Performing root-cause analysis & permanent fixes to safeguard business continuity. Enable platform scalability and readiness to support new services, product launches, and commercial initiatives Collaborate with vendors to resolve configuration issues and ensure stable delivery across interconnected systems. Technology Enablement & Innovation\: Introduction of new technologies and modernization efforts including\: Assess new technology releases and platform upgrades for business value. Lead adoption of modern architectures (e.g., microservices, containers, event-driven flows) Design and implement new features aligned with digital transformation goals. Coordinate required updates across related IT and technical systems for full enablement. People Management\: Team empowerment, development, & performance leadership including\: Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development guidance. Plan engagement, recognition, and skill-building initiatives. Manage team structure and succession planning. Reporting & Documentation\: Delivery of accurate reports and technical materials including\: Deliver weekly executive status updates on project progress and challenges. Report monthly KPIs with performance highlights, risks & improvement opportunities Maintain comprehensive technical documentation across all developed platforms
