Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. employees on a bi-weekly basis
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Support garnishment, tax withholding, and benefit deduction processing
Assist with payroll tax filings and year-end activities including W-2 preparation
Respond to employee inquiries related to pay, deductions, and payroll policies
Support the administration of equity plans including RSUs and ESPP
Assist with processing equity grants, vesting schedules, and releases in the equity platform
Maintain accurate equity records and assist with reconciliation between the equity platform and internal records
Coordinate with external brokers, transfer agents, and legal as needed
Assist with equity-related reporting for financial statements and SEC disclosures
Support employees with questions related to equity awards, vesting, and tax implications
Desired Candidate Profile
Required
1 2 years of experience in payroll processing, equity administration, or a related HR/Finance support role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with Rippling for payroll and HR administration
Experience with Workday for HCM or payroll workflows
Experience with Solium Shareworks (Morgan Stanley) or similar equity administration platforms
Exposure to equity compensation concepts (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, vesting schedules)
Experience at a public company or in a SOX-compliant environment
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
