Company Description Score Fit is a gamified weight-loss platform designed to make achieving health goals an enjoyable and inspiring journey. Originating in 2013 as "Kershless," it has evolved into a unique wellness app that combines community, competition, and habit tracking for weight loss and healthy routine building. Participants engage in 3-month team-based challenges, earning points and badges while receiving motivation from support groups and team leaders. Score Fit focuses on sustainable habits, offering real motivation for real results without restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all plans.
Responsibilities:- Follow up with members and encourage them to stay on track- Review food, exercise, water, and weekly weight check-ins- Motivate members who are losing momentum- Support members in building simple, sustainable healthy habits- Engage with participants inside groups and create a positive, competitive atmosphere- Help members understand that progress comes from consistency, not perfection
Requirements:- Background or experience in fitness, nutrition, sports, or wellness coaching- Strong communication and motivation skills- Positive, supportive, and patient personality- Good understanding of weight loss, healthy habits, and accountability- Ability to write friendly and encouraging messages- Previous experience in coaching, community management, or customer support is a plus
