Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site French Customer Service (CS) position based in Qesm El Maadi. The role involves managing customer relations through multichannel platforms, responding to inquiries in French, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The French CS Representative is also expected to adhere to company protocols, maintain accuracy in communications, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in French (spoken and written) and effective communication skills Customer service skills, including problem resolution, active listening, and empathy Adaptability and ability to work in a team-oriented environment Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM systems or customer support software Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus
