Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Badr City for a Planning Manager. The Planning Manager will oversee and manage production schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality output. This includes coordinating with supply chain teams, ensuring availability of resources, optimizing workflows, overseeing inventory levels, and collaborating with other departments to meet production targets. The Planning Manager will also identify areas for process improvement and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.

Qualifications

Excellent skills in Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Workflow Optimization. Strong proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Data-Driven Decision Making. Experience in Team Coordination, Cross-Department Collaboration, and Stakeholder Communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP Systems, or Production Planning Software tools. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in an organized manner. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in manufacturing or textile industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of industry standards, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
