Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Chat Advisor - English Speaker. The Chat Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users through chat platforms, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining professional communication standards, documenting user interactions, and working collaboratively with team members to improve the quality of services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal Experience in customer service, chat support, or related roles with a focus on providing excellent user experiences Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle user inquiries with empathy and professionalism Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with chat platforms and technology; basic technical troubleshooting skills are a plus Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a diverse team Previous experience in the technology or social media industry is advantageous
