We specialize in securing hotel accommodations for attendees of major international events worldwide including CES Las Vegas, MWC Barcelona, Gitex, and other global exhibitions. As we scale our digital marketing efforts, we’re looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist to build and lead our email marketing function from the ground up. This is a foundational role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is excited to create a high-performing email operation that directly drives business growth.
What You’ll Do:• Build and own the full email marketing strategy• Create, execute, and optimize campaigns end-to-end• Set up automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences• Manage audience segmentation and contact database growth• Run A/B testing to improve open, click, and conversion rates• Monitor performance and provide actionable insights• Ensure deliverability best practices and email compliance• Supervise and guide a Junior Email Marketing Specialist• Collaborate closely with leadership and external marketing partners
What We’re Looking For:* 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience* At least 1 year in a senior / lead role* Strong experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or Active Campaign* Deep understanding of automation, segmentation, testing, and reporting* Experience managing full campaign cycles* Strong analytical mindset* Excellent spoken and written English* Previous sales-oriented marketing experience with a strong understanding of conversion-driven communication* B2B, travel, hospitality, or events industry experience is a strong plus
