Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager role located in New Cairo. The Maintenance Manager will oversee the daily maintenance operations, including supervising maintenance teams, scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance, and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment. Responsibilities include coordinating and managing maintenance projects, conducting repairs, and implementing maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with experience leading and managing maintenance teams Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair Expertise in Preventive Maintenance strategies and techniques Proven experience in Maintenance Management, including planning, managing budgets, and process optimization Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance-related fields Previous experience in Commercial Buildings & Malls is a MUSTMust have experience +10 years in MEP with leadership role.
