About the Role We are looking for an experienced Frontend Lead – React Native to lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for our digital banking platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in React Native, mobile architecture, and frontend leadership. In this role, you will lead frontend initiatives, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of scalable and user-centric mobile applications across i OS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver modern digital banking experiences. Key Responsibilities Frontend Leadership Lead and mentor the frontend/mobile engineering team. Define frontend architecture and development standards. Conduct code reviews and ensure engineering best practices. Mobile Application Development Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native. Build reusable and scalable frontend components. Ensure high performance and responsiveness across mobile devices. Collaboration Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver seamless user experiences. Collaborate with backend teams for API integrations. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical planning. Performance & Quality Optimize application performance and stability. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application reliability. Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable code.
