Freelance Senior ERP Business/System Analyst We are looking for a highly skilled Freelance Senior ERP Business/System Analyst to support the analysis, design, and management of ERP system requirements across multiple business domains including trading, manufacturing, and construction. Responsibilities Analyze business processes and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical development tasks. Prepare BRD, SRS, workflows, process maps, and user stories. Coordinate directly with software developers and technical teams. Break down modules into actionable tasks and follow up on implementation progress. Participate in ERP module planning and system design discussions. Conduct testing and validate delivered functionalities. Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams. Requirements5+ years of experience in ERP analysis, ERP consulting, or system analysis. Strong understanding of ERP workflows and enterprise business operations. Experience with modules such as Accounting, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, Manufacturing, HR, or Construction. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely. Experience with BRD, SRS, UML, BPMN, or similar documentation methodologies. Technical background or understanding of software development is highly preferred.
