Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mokattam for a Telesales Representative. The role involves making outbound calls, identifying leads, building relationships with potential customers, and persuading them to purchase products or services. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing support, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The Telesales Representative will work closely with internal teams to achieve organizational goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs Customer Service and Customer Support experience, with a focus on resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Proficiency in Sales techniques, including persuasive communication and meeting sales targets Ability to participate in and apply knowledge from Training sessions to improve overall performance Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with effective problem-solving abilities Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Prior experience in telesales or related fields is an advantage High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus
