Teleperformance is hiring a WFM Scheduling Analyst.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical candidate to join our Workforce Management team. The role focuses on creating and managing employee schedules, supporting operational needs, and helping optimize productivity across projects.
Key Responsibilities:• Create and manage employee schedules based on operational requirements• Monitor staffing needs and schedule coverage• Coordinate with managers regarding workforce planning and scheduling updates• Support database updates and scheduling accuracy• Assist with training schedules and project allocation• Collaborate with different departments to support operational efficiency• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
Requirements:• Fluency in English• 2+ years of experience in Contact Centers, Shared Services, or related industries• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel• Strong organizational and time management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
