Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and driving sales. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, conducting product presentations, assisting customers in selection and purchase decisions, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities to upsell and train on new products and services.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for building relationships and providing excellent support to clients Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Experience or ability to conduct Training on products and services Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Prior experience in retail or home appliances is a plus Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
