we're seeking a high-performing Account Manager to manage strategic corporate accounts and strengthen long-term client relationships. The role requires a proactive and commercially driven professional who can retain accounts, support implementations, improve service quality, handle escalations professionally, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and retain assigned corporate accounts Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up meetings Support new client implementations and onboarding processes Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and customer service teams Follow up and resolve complaints with professionalism and ownership Monitor service quality, response times, and client satisfaction Identify opportunities to improve sales and increase account revenue Ensure SLA compliance and operational excellence Prepare reports, presentations, and action plans for clients Requirements Experience in account management, customer success, corporate sales, or travel management Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to handle pressure and client escalations professionally Commercial mindset with strong relationship-building skills High attention to detail and follow-up Experience in corporate travel, hospitality, airlines, or service industry is a strong advantage Excellent English communication skills Preferred Profile We are looking for someone who:Takes ownership Builds trust quickly Thinks strategically Understands VIP client expectations Can balance service quality with commercial growth Location: Cairo, Egypt Industry: Corporate Travel / Business Travel Management
