Our client at OUTSOURCY, a leading Fashion Retail group, is looking for an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to lead and execute in-store visual strategies across multiple branches.

Requirements: • 7–10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising / Retail field • 3–5 years in a VM / VM Manager role • Strong visual design, styling, and space planning skills • Solid understanding of retail trends and VM best practices • Proficiency in MS Office • Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities: • Execute brand VM guidelines across all stores • Plan and deliver weekly VM activities and campaigns • Train and coach in-store VM teams • Ensure high-quality product displays and brand presentation • Coordinate with Operations & Marketing on campaigns and launches • Monitor performance and suggest sales-driven improvements • Manage VM materials and in-store branding assets • Support store execution and loss prevention standards
