Company Description Modern Business Academy (MBA) is a trusted learning hub dedicated to developing the next generation of business leaders.
Role Description We are looking for a results-driven sales Specialist to manage and convert incoming leads from social media platforms and Whats App into confirmed course enrollments. The role includes direct phone communication with leads to accelerate trust, handle objections, and close sales more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly to incoming inquiries via Facebook, Instagram, and Whats App Qualify leads and understand customer needs, goals, and challenges Recommend suitable courses based on customer profile Contact leads via phone calls to explain programs, answer questions, and close sales Follow up with potential customers through calls and messages until conversion Handle objections professionally and confidently Close sales and confirm course subscriptions Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer status Coordinate with marketing and operations teams when needed Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Candidate Requirements:1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, or customer service Strong phone communication and closing skills (this is a must) Confidence in speaking with customers and leading conversations Ability to handle objections and turn conversations into sales Strong follow-up discipline Sales-driven mindset and target-oriented Educational market experience is a plus
