Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer, located in Cairo, Egypt. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating engineering tasks, specifically in mechanical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and ensuring proper equipment maintenance, implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and executing maintenance and repair activities in a timely and efficient manner. Collaboration with project teams to achieve operational excellence will also be required.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance Proficiency in Troubleshooting and identifying mechanical issues Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair processes and overall Maintenance practices Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management abilities Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools
