Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Furniture Designer located in Heliopolis. The Furniture Designer will be responsible for creating innovative furniture designs, collaborating with the production team to ensure high-quality implementation, and working with materials including MDF for custom-made products. Additional tasks include evaluating design functionality, producing technical sketches and blueprints, and staying updated on the latest design trends and techniques to meet market demands.
Qualifications
Expertise in Furniture Design and Product Design Knowledge of Carpentry and hands-on experience working with furniture materials Proficiency in Interior Design principles as they relate to furniture integration Ability to translate creative ideas into practical designs and technical specifications Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field Strong teamwork and communication skills Familiarity with software tools for drafting and 3D modeling is a plus
