What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate course recommendations.
- Convert inquiries into sales by effectively presenting the value of our offerings.
- Follow up on marketing leads and ensure timely engagement with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly individual sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer experience and build positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.




schedule : sunday to thursday from 12 to 9pm saturday from 12 to 4pm location : Maadi
