Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hurghada, Egypt, for a Marine Solutions Junior Sales Engineer. The primary responsibilities include Field Visits to prospect Customers, identifying client needs, providing customer-focused solutions, and promoting marine propulsion and power generation products. Finally leading to Achieve Sales Target for the southern region. The Junior Sales Engineer will build and maintain strong client relationships, prepare technical proposals, and deliver product presentations that lead to achieving sales. Additional responsibilities include providing technical training to clients and supporting the after-sales service team.
Qualifications
B. Sc. In Marine/Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is a must. Proficiency in Marine Solutions and experience with boats and maritime systems. Understanding of Navy and broader maritime industry practices. Ability to deliver trainings/presentations related to marine solutions and operations. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on understanding of marine and power generation systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Prior experience in marine solutions sales or a related role is mandatory. Fluency in English is required;
