Role Description Area 1) Greater Cairo Area 2) Upper Egypt
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Egypt for a Commercial Sales Manager. Lead our commercial presence across Greater Cairo, managing chain pharmacies, medical stores, and B2C retail channels. You will play a key role in maximizing visibility, sell-out, and partnerships. In Upper Egypt You will be responsible for expanding distribution, managing key accounts, and leading field teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Qualifications Exp. Min 2 years of experience in a similar role with strong exposure to modern trade and pharmacy chains. Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring a positive client experience and strong relationship management. Experience and proficiency in Business Planning and strategy development for market growth and operational efficiency. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industry is a plus.
