Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative English Account at Sutherland's location in Cairo. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and effective communication.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills Proficiency in English B2-C1Grads and Dropouts only Flexibility with night and overnight shifts Flexibility with Rotational shifts Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
